Vincent James D'Alesio, 84, died Wednesday, October 20, 2010 following a period of declining health. He was the devoted husband of Pauline (Scahill) D'Alesio for fifty-five years. He was the son of the late Carmino and Domenica D'Alesio of Italy. He is survived by three daughters: Patricia Baker of Coppell, TX; Maryellen Brown of Framingham; and Joan Feeney and her husband Joseph of Needham; six grandchildren: Brittany and Kelly Baker, Gregory and Paige Brown, and Patrick and Colleen Feeney. He also leaves behind his nephew Dominic and his wife Nancy Dalesio of Milford, and his nieces Florence Desmarais and her husband John, and Kathy Britta and her husband Michael as well as several more nieces and nephews. Vinny was born and raised in Milford, MA. He and Pauline married and moved to Ashland, MA. Vinny was employed by the Framingham Trust Company and the Framingham Savings Bank during his career. Calling hours will be held on Friday, October 22 from 5-7 PM at the John Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main Street, Ashland. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Cecilia's Church at 9 AM in Ashland followed by interment at Wildwood Cemetery.
