Kupan, Thomas       Upton, MA

After a hard-fought battle with COVID-19, Tom Kupan of Upton, passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021 at the age of 57. He leaves behind his sister, Ildi Ouellette, his niece Nicole Rivera, her two son's, Alex and Ayden Rivera, his longtime partner, Kathy Powers, her son Rocco Grandinetti, and two step-children, Scott Lynch and Jenn Forgues.

Born in Framingham, He was the son of the late Attila and Emma (Legeny) Kupan. Tom was a graduate at Keefe Tech in Framingham, and worked more than 20 years at Ted's Towing Company as a heavy truck driver. He was a resident of Upton for the last 10 years and was a member of the Modifier's Car Club and Framingham Eagles Club.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM in the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St., Ashland, MA. Face masks are required.

In memory of Tom, the family urges all who are unvaccinated to get the vaccine.
