Pontremoli. Theresa Ann Framingham, MA Theresa Ann (Matthews) Pontremoli, 68, of Framingham died December 22, 2005 at her home after a long courageous battle with Cancer. She was the wife of Adelmo Pontremoli for 48 years. Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of the late Hector Matthews and Sadie (Conlin) Matthews. Mrs. Pontremoli attended Worcester Public Schools. For several years she was employed by Fenwal Corporation in Framingham. Mrs. Pontremoli was an avid fan of the Red Sox and Patriots. She enjoyed playing bingo and cards. She loved caring for her family and friends. Besides her husband she leaves her two daughters, Alicia Branchaud of Shrewsbury and Sharon Dore of Framingham. She also leaves her grandchildren, Marc Branchaud of Northboro, Garrett Branchaud of Shrewsbury and Shalynn Branchaud of Shrewsbury. She was the sister of Claire Shimick of Leominster, Frances Grabowski of Worcester, Walter Matthews of Fitchburg, Hector Matthews of Gardner and the late Arthur Matthews of Worcester. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday December 28th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Tarcisius Church in Framingham with interment to follow at the Rural Cemetery in Southborough. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 4-8:00 p.m. at Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main Street, Ashland. Donations may be made in her memory to MetroWest Hospice, 85 Lincoln Street Framingham, MA 01702.
