Stephen Joseph Carr, 54, of Bellingham, formerly of Ashland, passed away, Sun. Jan. 18th at the Blair House in Milford. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late William and Rita (Carey) Carr, and husband of Jan (Barlow) Carr. They were married 31 years. Stephen was a graduate of Ashland High Class of 1973. A resident of Bellingham for the last 20 years, he was employed as a Medical Billing Specialist with Neurological Services in Framingham. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three brothers: William Carr of Merrimack, NH; Robert Carr of Marlborough, Ma; and Christopher Carr of Newmarket, NH. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wed. Jan. 21st at 9:00am in St. Cecilia's Church in Ashland with burial to follow in Wildwood Cemetery in Ashland. One calling hour will be held Wednesday from 8:00-8:45am prior to the Mass in the Matarese Funeral Home (www.mataresefuneral.com) 325 Main St. in Ashland.
