Scott Michael LaPointe, 34, of Ashland passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 19th. He was the son of Robert LaPointe and Eileen (Muto) LaPointe. A lifelong resident of Ashland, he graduated from Keefe Technical School, Class of 1999. He was employed as a Plumber's Apprentice at K. Regan Mechanical Inc. Along with his parents, Scott is also survived by four brothers; Todd, Michael, Peter and Timothy LaPointe as well as five sisters; Michelle Cormier, Brandi LaPointe, Jenn Levisque, Brandy LaPointe, Christine Lage and Robin Casey, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, February 24th from 5-7PM at Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main Street in Ashland. Funeral services are private.
