Scott A. Benedict, 50, of Natick passed away Wed. Aug. 31st.  Born in Natick, he was the son of the late Robert and Barbara (Garvey) Benedict.  Scott is survived by his wife; Ellen (Kuta) Benedict of Natick; two daughters; Bryanna Duro of Hopkinton and Nicole Benedict of Natick; three brothers; Thomas, John, and Richard Benedict; two sisters; Cheryl Yancey and Barbara Jean Supernor; and many nieces and nephews.  He was the brother of the late Robert Benedict.

A funeral service will be held Saturday Sept. 3rd at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. Ashland.  Two calling hours will be held Saturday from 1:00-3:00 PM prior to the service in the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Natick Service Council Food Pantry, 2 Webster St. Natick, MA  01760.
