Sandra Helen Benes (Seaman) 59, of Ashland MA passed away at home on March 3, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Herbert and Marion (Pollard) Seaman. She was a loving wife of 17 years to David Benes Sr. She was a devoted mother to three children; Shauna Whitham of Charlotte NC, Leigha Whitham of Natick MA, and Christopther Whitham and granddaughter Kailynn, of Framingham MA. She also leaves her brother Keith and his wife Kathi Seaman of Allenstown, NH, her sister Ronda Danis of Grand Isle VT, and her brother-in-law Leonard (Cappy) Fournier of Ashland MA, along with many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brother Dana Seaman of Ashland MA, and her sister Janet Fournier (Seaman) also of Ashland. Sandy was a lifelong resident of Ashland and graduated from Ashland High School in 1973. She always looked forward to spending time and cooking for her family on Sunday's. She was an avid Patriots fan and never missed a game. She was a huge movie buff and was always discussing new movies with her brother Keith. She loved her visits with her granddaughter and she adored her dog Sophie. She was a very loving wife, mother, and sister and would do anything for her family. She will be tremendously missed.
