Rosanna C. (Felone) Allen, 82, of Ashland formerly of Framingham, passed away November 21, 2009. She was the wife of Lawrence Allen, and they had been married 62 years. Born in Natick, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Anna (Murphy) Felone. Mrs. Felone's passion was her grandchildren and she especially loved spending time with them. Her second love was monitoring the Ashland Police scanner. Besides her husband she is survived by two sons: Timothy Allen and his wife Nancy of Upton, and Lawrence Allen and his wife Barbara of Ashland; one daughter, Donna Magnani and her husband Joseph of Ashland; one brother, Louis Felone of Milford; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main Street, Ashland with interment to follow in Saint Patrick's Cemetery in Natick. Calling hours will be held on Monday evening from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
