Priscilla M. Travaglini, 96, former longtime resident of Ashland passed away Wednesday Sept. 2nd with her family by her side. Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Felix and Christina (Haley) Japp and the wife of the late Louis Travaglini who died in 2019. Priscilla was a longtime parishioner at St. Cecilia’s Church in Ashland and especially enjoyed time spent with her family.

She is survived by five children, Marie P. Germain, Louis A. Travaglini Jr. and his wife Teri Rutherford; Karen L. Ferraro and her husband Vincent; Nancy A Flannery and her husband Michael; and Jo-Ann P. Ramm and her husband Kurt; nine grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and sister in law, Gloria Holbrook. She was the sister of the late Felix Japp Jr, and Alvin Japp.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday Sept. 11th at 11:00am in St. Cecilia’s Church, 54 Esty St. Ashland, MA with burial to follow in Wildwood Cemetery in Ashland. Visiting hours will be held Thursday from 5:00-7:00 PM in the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. Ashland, MA.
