Obituary

Sancricca, Primo L., 83, of Ashland passed away December 11 th at the Newton Wellesley Hospital.  He was the husband of Joan (Jan) Savignano Sancricca.  The son of the late Enrico and Palma (Piccinnini) Sancricca, he was born in Newton, MA.  Primo served his country honorably in the United States Navy.

Primo leaves behind several relatives, his wife Jan, daughters Debbi and Shelly, son-in-law Michael, and two dear families: the Reardons and the Townes who blessed him and his wife with 17 Fairy Grandchildren, with whom precious memories were made.

Primo was their beloved "Poppi," a beautiful, kind, loving, gentle teddy bear whom everyone was drawn to, including his beloved pets Abbey, Nola-Belle, Chloe, Izzy, Merry and little Jack. He touched many lives and those who knew him were blessed by his grace.

Primo will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 60 years, the light of his life, as they grew together from childhood sweethearts. His children were wrapped in his love and guidance, a dad who was always there for them and always on their side.

We love you and miss you dearly Poppi. You live in our hearts forever.
