Pauline Ellen Sheedy, 84, of Ashland, passed away, Sunday, Feb. 6th at the Metrowest Medical Center in Natick. Born in Millinocket, ME; she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Phyllis (Bamford) Mackin; and wife of the late John D. Sheedy. They were married 66 years. A resident of Ashland for 50 years, Pauline was a graduate of Emmanuel College Class of 1981, and was employed with Framingham Savings Bank for nineteen years, retiring in 1988. She is survived by one daughter Patricia Supple and her husband William Conti of Sudbury, and two granddaughters, Brianna and Bailee Supple-Conti; one brother, Robert Mackin of Millinocket, ME; and one sister, Dorothy Spearrin of Maine and Florida, and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Nancy Sheedy of Ashland. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, Feb. 10th at 11:00am in St. Matthew's Church in Southborough with burial to follow in Wildwood Cemetery in Ashland. One calling hour will be held Thursday from 9:30-10:30am prior to the Mass at the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland.
