Pauline M. Donnelly, 87, of Ashland formerly of Framingham and Waltham, passed away Sunday March 13th after a brief illness. Born in Waltham, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Melanson and wife of James T. Donnelly. A homemaker most of her life, Pauline served her country honorably with the Navy during the Korean Conflict.

In addition to her husband; she is survived by three children; James Donnelly and his wife Nancy of Modesto, CA; Jeanne Donnelly of Bellingham; and Joan Monaco and her husband Paul of Ashland; five grandchildren; Bailey Donnelly, Erica Daloia, Ken Arpino, Julie Monaco, and Cole Monaco. She was the sister of Frank Melanson and his wife Janet of Cape Cod, Lenny Melanson and his late wife Inga of Framingham, Harry Melanson and his wife Nadine of Ossipee, NH, Richard Melanson and his late wife Joanne of Waltham, William Melanson and his wife Joyce of Nashua, NH, the late Donald and Raffi Melanson of Framingham, and the late Jeanne Landham of Arlington, TX. She was the mother of the late Jeffrey Donnelly.
