Pat (Wilder) Lamb of Ashland passed away on February 22, 2012, at the age of 71. Born in Holyoke, Massachusetts on June 29th, 1940, she lived a life of love and family! Being surrounded by family and friends was where she was the happiest. Whether she was at home, at a game or at her cottage she especially loved being with her nine grandchildren! She was adored and loved by all whose lives she touched. She was the mother of Peter Lamb and former wife Elizabeth of Sandwich, Kathleen Lamb Morse and husband David of Bellingham and Kris Lamb-Cassista and husband Joe ofSandwich. And former wife to Bill Lamb of Naples Florida. Gammies/Nammies was grandmother to Zachary and Rebecca Lamb, of Sandwich, Benjamin, Joshua, Lyndsay and Andrew Morse of Bellingham and Matthew, Danielle, and Jonathan Cassistaalso of Sandwich. She is the daughter of Victoria Wilder of Ashland and the late Elba Wilder. She is survived by brothers David, Daniel and wife Renee of Ashland and was sister to the late Dana Wilder of Northboro. She is also survived by her aunt Vera Gloster of Middleboro and by many nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as her dear friend Lee Harper of Marston Mills and sister in-law Jacqueline McGorty formerly of Hyannis. A life long resident of Ashland, she graduated from Ashland High School in 1958 and from Framingham Nursing school in 1972. She worked as a nurse at Framingham Union Hospital for over 25 years and later at Mass Pro in Waltham. Calling hours will be Tuesday February 28th from 5-8pm at the Matarese Funeral Home in Ashland. A funeral mass will be held Wednesday February 29th at9amat St. Cecilia's in Ashland.
