Nina Treveloni, 90, of Ashland, passed away peacefully Monday November 13th, 2017 surrounded by all her family.  Born in Nanticoke PA, she was the daughter of the late Donato and Marie (Tramontozzi) Cugini.  Nina was the beloved wife of the late Mario Treveloni who died in 2003.  They were married on January 9th, 1950 for 53 years.

Nina was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, homemaker and took the most pleasure from hosting large family dinners and holiday celebrations. Family was the most important thing to Nina as well as spending time with her close friends and volunteering in the community.

Nina is survived by five children; David Treveloni and his wife Paula of Uxbridge, MA; Michael Treveloni and his wife Susan of Grafton, MA; Linda Oosterman and her husband Joseph of Narragansett, RI; Mark Treveloni of Ashland, MA; and James Treveloni and his wife Lisa of Ashland, MA.   Six grandchildren; David, Jaclyn, Nathanial, Jesse, Matthew, and Emily.  Six great grandchildren; Jillian, Mia, Santo, Augustine, Jacob, and Alexandra.  Brother, David Cugini and his wife Rita of South Yarmouth, MA, late brother Lawrence Cugini and his wife Dorothea of Weston MA; late sister Filomena Hedrick and her late husband Roy of Framingham MA; late sister Mary Goodwin and her late husband Robert of Georgetown, MA; and late sister Donna Mancuso and her late husband Richard of Waltham MA.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday Nov. 18th at 9:00am in St. Cecilia's Parish, 54 Esty St. Ashland, MA.  Calling hours will be held Friday from 5:00-8:00 PM in the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. Ashland.  .  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ashland Senior Center services; checks made out to Friends of The Council on Aging and sent to 162 West Union Street, Ashland MA 01721.
