Nancy Lee O'Neil
October 20, 1964 – July 8, 2023
With heavy hearts, her extended family mourns the loss of Nancy Lee O'Neil on July 8, 2023.
Nancy's love of grace and motion was buoyed by her many athletic gifts. As a child, she was an accomplished figure skater and horseback rider, supported tirelessly by her loving and caring parents Anita and Bill O'Neil. In pursuit of a dance career, in her early 20s Nancy moved to New York's Greenwich Village, where she suffered but survived a severe injury from a fall. To rehabilitate, she returned to Massachusetts, eventually re-settling in her hometown of Framingham, where she shared her talents with many community members as a Pilates and Yoga instructor.
Back in her hometown, Nancy gave birth to a son, Trevor James, to whom she devoted all her care and love for the balance of her too-short life.

Nancy was predeceased by her parents. She is survived by her beloved Trevor; by brothers, Kevin and Michael O'Neil, and sisters-in-law Nancy O'Neil and Mary Allen; by her niece, Bridget Allen-O'Neil; by her aunt Denise Mazzerella; and by her cousins, Jane Johnson, Sarah Burns, Carolyn Smith, Patricia and Bill Bell, and Andy, John Mark, and Paul Mazzerella.

She will be buried with her parents at Holyhood cemetery in Chestnut Hill, MA in a private ceremony.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers or donations, that those who knew Nancy spend a moment in contemplation of life and loss.
