Nancy (Stapleton) Mercurio 51, of Holliston passed away Wednesday May 24th. She was the wife of Frank P. Mercurio, Jr.; they were married 27 years. Born in Boston; she was the daughter of Frances (Kennedy) Stapleton and the late Eugene Stapleton. A resident of Holliston for 12 years, she was a graduate of Boston State College as a Registered Nurse. She was employed by Kavian Staffing Co. and worked in area hospitals. Nancy was known for her love of horses. In addition to her husband and mother; she is survived by two children: Elizabeth Mercurio and her companion Shawn Cisneros, and Christine Mercurio all of Holliston; one grandson, Shawn Cisneros; two sisters; Caroline Stapleton of Newton, Mary Ellen Kiley of Swampscott; and one brother, Patrick Stapleton of Milton. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 10:00 AM at St. Mary's Church in Holliston with burial to follow in Lake Grove Cemetery in Holliston.
