NANCY LEE SNOW COLCORD Nancy Lee Snow Colcord, 71, of Penacook, N.H., and long time resident of Framingham, MA passed away peacefully at home Saturday surrounded by her family. She was a Framingham High School graduate and received her B.S. from Northeastern University. As a longtime member of Wesley Church she enjoyed singing in the choir and playing in the bell choir, before moving to N.H. 8 years ago. She enjoyed needlework, reading and sewing. Since moving, she and her husband joined the United Church of Penacook. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Richard Colcord, her children Tracey Alden and her husband Chris of Uxbridge, MA; Scott Colcord of Litchfield, ME and Carrie Ernst and her husband Eric of Attleboro, MA. She leaves her two beloved grandchildren, Carly Alden and Ashlee Ernst. She also leaves her mother Astrid Snow of Framingham MA: her sister Susan Guppy and her husband James of Moultonboro, N.H. ; her brothers Norman L. Snow Jr. and his wife Janet of Framingham MA ; Dexter Snow and his wife Debbie of Grafton, N.H. ; her brother in law Charles Colcord and his wife Emma of Southborough, MA as well as 11 nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Tuesday, Oct. 2nd from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Matarese Funeral Home, (www.mataresefuneral.com) 325 Main Ashland, MA. A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11:00am in Wesley United Methodist Church 80 Beacon St, Framingham, MA followed by burial in Edgell Grove Cemetery in Framingham.
