Michael A. Auciello, 86, of Hopkinton passed away Mon. Nov. 19 ^th with his family at his side. He was the husband of the late Antoinette (Liotine) Auciello who died in 2017. Born and raised in Brighton, MA; he was the son of the late Justin and Clementina (Caruso) Auciello. Mr Auciello served his country honorably with the Air Force during the Korean War. He would later become president of Auciello Iron Works, a company founded by his father in 1932.

He is survived by five children; Michael Auciello and his wife Debra of Uxbridge; Paula Auciello of Hopkinton; Joseph Auciello and his wife Carolyn of Scituate; Annette Robinson and her husband Edwin of Hopkinton; and James Auciello and his wife Alison of West Hartford, CT; eight grandchildren; Tara, Kaitlin, Alyssa, Lauren, Jaclyn, Ryan, James, and Ian, four great-grandchildren; and brother of Mary Findlay, Ralph Auciello, and the late Silvia Hegarty, Anna Woods and Anthony Auciello.

A funeral service will be celebrated Friday Nov. 30 ^th at 11:00am in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. Ashland, MA. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 4:00-7:00 PM in the funeral home.
