Mary "Nan" Lillian Lovezzola, 80, of Ashland passed away Tue. May 8th after a period of declining health surrounded by her family. Born in Rumford, ME, she was the daughter of the late Nelson and Emma Gallant, and wife of John Lovezzola for 55 years. Mary was a resident of Ashland for over 50 years and was an active member of St. Cecilia's Parish in Ashland, serving as a member of the Devine Mercy Ministry. She worked as an administrative assistant at Raytheon Co. early in her life before leaving to raise her family.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children, John Lovezzola and his wife Aixa of Groton, and Jean Wozniak and her husband Michael of Auburn, NH, four grandchildren, Anthony and Isabelle Lovezzola, and Tuckerman and Jackson Wozniak, and one sister, Joanne Taylor of Londonderry, NH.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday May 15th at 9:00am in St. Cecilia's Parish, 54 Esty St. Ashland, MA. Calling hours will be held Monday from 5:00-7:00 PM in the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. Ashland, MA.
