Marion M. (Schiavi) Mazzarelli, 90, of Ashland passed away in Natick at the Metrowest Medical Center on December 15th. She was the wife of the late Joseph Mazzarelli,who died in 2001. Born in Framingham she was the daughter of the late Leopold and Anna (Fusara) Schiavi and had lived in Ashland since 1996. She had previously resided in Sherborn, MA. She is survived by two daughters: Dorothy Moffett and her husband William of Mendon, MA, and Anne Mazzarelli and her husband John O'Sullivan of Mendon, MA. She also leaves two grandsons: Joseph and Peter Moffett; Two brothers: Robert Schiavi of Sherborn and Andrew Schiavi of Wilbraham. Marion was the sister of the late Joseph, Leonard, John, Francis, and Richard Schiavi. A funeral Mass will be said on Saturday afternoon at 1:00 PM in St. Theresa's Church in Sherborn with interment to follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford. Calling hours will be from the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St., Ashland on Saturday morning from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM prior to the Mass.
