Mario Lazzarin, 74, of Framingham, passed away, Wed. Oct. 14th at the Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham. He was the beloved husband of Angelina (Valli) Lazzarin for 47 years. Born in Italy, Mario graduated from the Milan School of Design and immigrated to the US at the age of 27. A resident of Framingham for 47 years, he owned and operated Mario's Tailor Shop in Framingham for 41 years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters; Ann Williams and her husband Eric of Marlborough, and Lorraine Duff and her husband Ronald Duff Jr. of Shrewsbury; four grandchildren; Jennie and Matthew Williams, and Christopher and Elyse Duff; two brothers; Giovanni and Rocco Lazzarin, both of Italy, and several nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, Oct. 19th at 10:00am in St. Matthews Church in Southborough with burial to follow in Wildwood Cemetery in Ashland. Calling hours will be held Sunday from 4:00-7:00 PM in the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland.
