Mar 26, 1966 — May 25, 2025
Ashland
Marina (Pirovano) Dintino, 59, of Ashland, MA, passed away, surrounded by the love of her family, on May 25th, after fiercely battling colon cancer. Born in Milano, Italy, she was the daughter of Antonietta (Paparesta) Pirovano and the late Marco Pirovano.
Marina worked as a graphic designer in Milano until she met the love of her life Joseph Dintino, who became her husband in 1998. In 1999 the couple moved to the US and eventually welcomed their two children, Rachel and Ethan.
Once becoming a mom, Marina re-directed her artistic strengths towards interests in photography, photobooking, and scrapbooking. Marina was known for her warmth and her unwavering dedication to her family and children. Marina was a talented cook and baker, and she was never happier than when entertaining friends and family with great food, wine, and conversation. Marina also loved to travel, planning various trips to US and European destinations that her family will never forget.
In Italy, Marina is survived by her mother Antonietta, her brother Roberto, her sister-in-law Valentina, and her nieces Sara and Sofia.
A small, private ceremony will be held for Marina. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marina's name to Tufts Cancer Center Framingham , 99 Lincoln St, Framingham, MA 01702.
