Margaret M. Hoey, 67, of Framingham passed away Sunday, Feb. 26th after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Born in Worcester she was the daughter of the late Frank and Margaret (Kane) Holl and wife of the late John P. Hoey who died in 2011. The two were married 44 years. Margaret was a graduate of Marian High School and lived in Framingham for over 40 years. She was a licensed court stenographer and business owner. She was an avid bridge player and will be remembered by many friends in her bridge group. Mrs. Hoey is survived by her daughter Victoria Hoey of Framingham, her close friend and neighbor Betty Sullivan of Framingham, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. A funeral service will be held Friday, March 2nd at 10:00am in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland.
