Marcia J. Bjork, 76, of Framingham and Ft. Myers, FL; passed away Sunday Nov. 10th after a period of declining health. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Doris (Baumwald) Rosen and the beloved wife of David A. Bjork. A graduate of Boston University, Marcia worked in the Boston banking industry for many years retiring in the early 1990's. She was a longtime member of the Framingham Country Club and Renaissance Country Club in Ft. Myers, FL. In addition to her husband; she is survived by three children; Barry Jacobs and his wife Marylynn of Somers, CT; David Jacobs and his wife Monica Luke of Somerville, MA; and Steven Jacobs of Boston; five grandchildren; Corey, Michael, Adam, and Devin Jacobs, and Lisa Townley; and one sister, Fran Rappaport of CA. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, Nov. 13th at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland. Family and friends are invited to join Marcia's family following the service from 3:30-7:00 PM at the Framingham Country Club, 16 Gates St. in Framingham.
