Lynne Ann Byington, 52, lifelong resident of Ashland passed away Mon Feb. 8 ^th after a long battle with declining health.  She was the daughter of Fred and Bertha (Guilbeault) Torrance and wife of William R. Byington.

Lynne worked for Adessa Boston for over 20 years.  An avid animal lover, she took care of many dogs and chickens and enjoyed gardening, crosswords, bingo, and sudoku.  She was known as a spitfire by her family and friends and will be remembered for always offering to help someone in need.  She made friends wherever she went.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her daughter, Kaitlyn Michele Byington of Worcester, and her niece Jamie Rupert.  She was the mother of the late Cara Marie Byington and niece of the late Mary Lou Hisoire.

Due to Covid 19 services are private.  Donations in Lynne's name may be made to the Ashland Animal Shelter or the Metrowest Humane Society.
