He is survived by his four children, Stella Deiana and her husband David of Milford, Andrew DelPoio of Lowell, MaryLynn DiSciullo and her husband John of Millis, and David DelPoio and his wife Cathy of Barrington, RI.

He is also survived by his grandchildren who loved him dearly, Jennifer Deiana Whitehead, Matthew Deiana, Walter, Lucy and Ruby Joachim-DelPoio and Chloe DiSciullo, and one great-grandchild, Braden Whitehead, and many nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his sisters Mary DelPoio and Gilda Bracci.

Mr. DelPoio graduated from Framingham High School in 1944. He also served in WWII in the 4th Army as a light tank crewman. He worked many years in construction and was a member of the Laborers International Union of North America.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 30th in St. Tarcisius Church, Waverly Street, Framingham at 11:30 AM with interment to follow at St. Tarcisius Cemetery, Winthrop Street, Framingham. Calling hours will be held at the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main Street, Ashland on Saturday morning from 9-11 AM prior to the Funeral Mass.
