Kathryn Ann Elizabeth Stuart (Simpson Gamble), 65, of Dover, NH, died peacefully on Saturday, March 10th at the Rose Monahan Hospice Home in Worcester, MA. She was born to the late Lily and Robert Simpson on May 1, 1946 in Glasgow, Scotland. She attended Danvers High School, Colby College and received her bachelor's degree from Salem State College. She enjoyed working at the University of New Hampshire Library for the past 22 years. Her favorite pastimes included quiet visits to the beach in the summer evenings, walking, meditation and yoga. She enjoyed her travels to England and Alaska and spending time with her friends, family and grandchildren. In her last few weeks Kathryn was overfilled with joy from the love and support she received from her friends and family during this time. She is survived by her two daughters; Kathryn Morris and her husband Glenn of Spanish Fort, AL and Rebekah Gorney and her husband Brad of Framingham, MA and four grandchildren: Keaton, Lily, Madelyn, and Daniel. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00 pm on March 25th at the Northshore Unitarian Universalist Church in Danvers, MA.
