Kathleen Marie Hendrix, 65, of Ashland passed away Thursday Oct. 30th after a long battle with cancer. Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late John and Julia (Lowney) Mulvey. She was the wife of Terry L. Hendrix for 41 years. A resident of Ashland for over 40 years, Kathleen worked for Dennison Manufacturing and Digital Equipment Co. for many years and later worked for Jewish Family Services in the Adoption Bureau. In addition to her husband; she is survived by two children; Krista Hendrix and her husband Robert Garrison of Hull; and Matthew B. Hendrix of Milford; two grandchildren; Olyvia Garrison and Leah Hendrix; one sister; Patricia Mulvey Kurbs and her husband Karl; and two brothers; Michael Mulvey and Kevin Mulvey and his spouse Bruce Maurer. A funeral Mass will be held Tuesday Nov. 4th at 9:00am in St. Cecilia's Church in Ashland with burial to follow in Wildwood Cemetery in Ashland. Calling hours will be held Monday from 4:00-7:00 PM in the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland.
