June C. (Munroe) Kadra 79 of Ashland, MA passed away Saturday June 30th after a period of declining health. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Otis and Florida (Rainville) Kadra. She was the wife of the late Thomas L. Kadra. Her formative years where spent in Claremont, N.H. where she attended and graduated from Stevens High School, Class of 1946. She had lived in Ashland over 58 years. She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post 2331 in Ashland. Mrs. Kadra is survived by two sons, Thomas Kadra of Ashland and Richard Kadra of Medway; one daughter, Michelle Piccirillo of Medway; one sister, Barbara Hinton of Rye, NH; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday morning in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home (www.mataresefuneral.com) 325 Main Street Ashland, MA at 11:00 a.m. Family and friends are invited.
