Judith Ann Belcher, 68, of Ashland, passed away Monday, July 14th after a courageous 25 year battle with Breast Cancer.  Born in Leominster, MA, she was the youngest daughter of Richard and Mary (Hamer) Williams and wife of Gregg E. Belcher.  A graduate of Framingham State University with a teaching degree in home economics, Judy worked as an administrative assistant for the Town of Ashland Town Clerk's Office and Recreation Department for many years.

She was a talented seamstress, avid reader, gardener, loved cooking with her family, and was a Patriots fanatic. She enjoyed traveling, coffee by the beach, and new music, even if the outdoor speakers never worked.

Family was the center of her life.  Judy is survived by two children, Kristen Belcher and her partner Andrew Ross of Medford and Mark Belcher and his wife Alexandra of Belmont.  She was blessed with a granddaughter, Penelope, earlier this year.  She was sister to late Maryjo Crowley and husband Dan, Richard Williams and his late wife Karen, Robert Williams and his wife Mary Jane and John Williams and his wife Katie. She was daughter in law to late Alvah and Margaret Belcher and sister in law to Suzanne Kadra, Pam Paulhus and her husband Robert, Alan Belcher and his wife Judy, Charlie Belcher and his wife Robin, and Amy LaFrance and her husband Allan.   She adored her multiple nieces and nephews and loved her late dog Ollie.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Sat. July 26th at 11:00am in St. Matthew's Church, 26 Highland St. Southborough, MA. There are no calling hours.
