Joseph F. Hildreth, 67, of Ashland passed away August 9, 2009 at Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham. Married 42 years, he was the husband of Anne (Puntini) Hildreth. Born in Framingham, he was the son of the late Charles and Agnes (York) Hildreth. Formerly of Framingham, he had resided in Ashland for the past eleven years. He was employed by the Dennison Manufacturing Company in Framingham as a stock room supervisor for over thirty years, retiring in 1994. Besides his wife he is survived by two sons: Christopher Hildreth and his wife Colleen of Framingham, and Matthew Hildreth of Ashland; one daughter, Joanne Hildreth of Shrewsbury; and three grandchildren. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday morning at 9 A.M. at St. Cecilia's Church in Ashland with burial to follow in Wildwood Cemetery, Ashland. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday evening from 5-7 P.M. at the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main Street, Ashland.
