John "Jack" Kelly, 52, of Ashland, passed away, Tuesday, Sept. 25th, after a period of declining health. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late John and Irene (Henry) Kelly. A lifelong resident of Ashland, he was a graduate of Ashland High School Class of 1972. Jack was employed as a technician for Raytheon Co. for 27 years. He was a member of the Ashland Fish and Game and member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He is survived by his daughter, Eileen Kelly of Boston, brother, Stephen Kelly of Ashland, and sister, Joanie Dunn of Ashland. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, Sept. 29th at 9:00am in St. Cecilia's Church in Ashland followed by cremation. Calling hours will be held Friday from 5:00-8:00 PM in the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland.
