John Edward Anderson Jr, 66 of Hopkinton, former longtime resident of Jamaica Plain, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Hopkinton. He was the son of the late John and Norma (Brady) Anderson. A graduate from Suffolk University with a Masters degree in Health, John worked as an administrative assistant for Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary. He previously studied business and spanish at Waynesburg University in Pennsylvania.

He is survived by his sisters, Kathleen Anderson of Hopkinton, MA and Christine Anderson of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and one niece Kristen Fitzpatrick of New York.
