Joan Ann Bobby 91, of Ashland passed away January 17th, 2006. She was the wife of the late John Bobby who died in 1989. Born in England she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Greeves) Sheen. She had lived in Ashland since 1950. Mrs. Bobby was a devoted wife and mother. She had been a waitress at Ken's Steak House in Framingham for more than 20 years before retiring in 1971. She is survived by two sons: John Bobby and his wife Diane of England, and Stephen Bobby and his wife Deirdre of Milford. Mrs. Bobby also leaves 3 grandchildren: Stephanie, Nathan and Samantha Bobby. A memorial service will be held on Saturday January 21st at 11:00 a.m. at the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main Street, Ashland. Calling hours will be held one hour prior to the service from 10-11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
