Jeffrey Alan Garino, born February 19, 1952 of Framingham, MA passed away peacefully on Friday, April 24, 2009 surrounded by family and friends. Jeff finished his year long battle with cancer in the comfort of his own home. Jeff, a former Ashland Lion, Master Technician and part owner of the once local favorite, Garino's Audio Video and present Nordost Corporation leaves behind his wife and high school sweetheart, Patricia R. (Hand) Garino of Natick, son Christopher A. Garino and his wife Deborah J. Garino of Susanville, CA, and his daughter Leigh A. Garino of Ashland and her fiance Brian E. Dolby of Great Barrington. Jeff was blessed with devoted parents, Vincent E. and Mavis Garino of Daytona Beach, FL; and the late Isabella B. Garino of Framingham; siblings Lana (Garino) Demeritt of North Oxford and Vincent R.Garino and his wife Katie C. Garino of Germantown, TN; Carlton Rohmer of Ashland, Mark and Lisa Rohmer of Ashland, and Scott and Stephanie Rohmer of Ashland; grandchildren Mary Katherine (Costello) Fontenot, Jason Costello, and Jeffrey C. Garino and great-granddaughter, Scarlett S. Fontenot as well as many loving nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, April 28th at 9:00am in St. Cecilia's Parish in Ashland with burial to follow in St. Tarcisius Cemetery in Framingham.
