Jean A. Capalucci-Daly, 49, of Holliston, formerly of Ashland passed away January 31st after a long courageous battle with cancer. She leaves her loving husband Edward Daly and two daughters Andrea and Elizabeth of Holliston. Mrs. Capalucci-Daly is survived by her parents Richard and Donna Capalucci of Ashland; four sisters: Maria Rossini of Holliston, Nancy Antonio of Framingham, Joan Phillips of Westborough, Christine Gillis of Ashland two brothers: Richard Capalucci Jr. of Ashland and Paul Capalucci of Upton. She also leaves her loving caregiver and sister-in-law Marianne Daly of Dennis, as well as many other relatives and friends. For those of us blessed to have known Jean, she will be remembered for her beautiful, warm smile, her big heart, and her free spirit. She was easy to love, as she loved family and friends with all her soul. She was a devoted mother and wife; who cared deeply for animals and nature. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, Feb. 4th at 10:00 AM in St. Mary's Church in Holliston. Burial will be private and held at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne. Calling hours will be held Friday from 3:00-8:00 PM in the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland.
