Jean S. Camillucci, 77, of Ashland passed away Saturday June 9th at Bethany Healthcare in Framingham. Born in Newton, she was the daughter of the late James and Helen (Gethens) Simpson of Wellesley and wife of the late Anthony Camillucci who died in 2000. A resident of Ashland for 51 years, Jean worked for the Town of Wellesley - Treasurer's Office early in her career and would later help her husband Tony own and operate the A. Camillucci Construction Company for over 40 years. She was an enthusiastic member of the Coffee Girls Club. She is survived by two children; James Camillucci and his wife Maureen of Ashland, and Susan Morrison and her husband Jonathan of Dudley; one brother, James Simpson and his wife Donna of Bellingham; four grandchildren, Katherine and Nicole Morrison, and Maureen and Callahan Crehan; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Wednesday June 13th at 10:00am in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland with burial to follow in Wildwood Cemetery in Ashland.
