Jane Marguerite Chiampa, 58, of Watertown, passed away, Monday, Feb. 11th at her home. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late William and Marguerite (Williams) Ripley. A lifelong resident of Watertown, she will be remembered as a loving mother and friend. She is survived by one son, Justin M. Chiampa of Watertown, one sister, Marilyn Palmer and her husband John of Hopkinton; and sister-in-law, Arlene Ripley of Ashland. She was Aunt to: Laura Papadellis and her husband Lou of Hopkinton, Suzanne Palmer and her husband David Pillarella of Hopkinton, Karen Swanson and her husband Lars of Manchester, MA; John D. Palmer and his wife Michelle of Milford, William Palmer and his wife Tamara of Milford, Heather Ripley of Colorado and Matthew Ripley of Ashland; great aunt of Will Crofton, Chris and Alexa Papadellis, Jessica and John Palmer, Julia Pillarella, Paige and Charles Swanson, and Maria and Annabel Palmer. She was the sister of the late William L Ripley. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 12:00 PM in St. John the Evangelist in Hopkinton.
