Carr, Jan Merideth Bellingham/Ashland Jan (Barlow) Carr, 54, of Bellingham, formerly of Ashland, passed away, Friday, April 22nd at Mass General Hospital in Boston. Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of Barbara (Fitzgerald) Barlow and the late George L. Barlow. She was the wife of the late Stephen Carr who died in 2009. Jan worked as a registered nurse and medical secretary in the office of Dr. Arthur Safran in Newton. In addition to her mother, she is survived by one brother, Jeffrey Barlow and his wife Lori of South Yarmouth and their daughter Jillian. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, April 26th at 11:00am in St. Matthew's Parish in Southborough with cremation to follow. One calling hour will be held Tuesday from 9:30 - 10:30am prior to the service at the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland.
