James P. Sullivan, Jr, 58, of Hopkinton, passed away, Monday, Oct. 3rd at his home in Hopkinton surrounded by family and friends. Born in Framingham, he was the son of Gertrude (Kittredge) Sullivan and the late James P. Sullivan. He is survived by, Louise, his loving wife of 36 years. Mr. Sullivan led a distinguished career with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Boston, Massachusetts, Vermont, Pennsylvania, and most recently with New England Field Division as a Group Supervisor for the Cross Borders Initiative Task Force in Lowell, MA. Mr. Sullivan served his country honorably with the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War from 1966-1970. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his sister Mary Ann Woods.
