James G. McClements "Jim" age 79 passed away Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham, MA. He was born the son of Wilbur and Alice (Moore) McClements on February 28, 1944 in Morris Plains, New Jersey. He attended Campbell Central High School in Campbell, NY.

James is survived by his two children James G. Jr (Nancy) of Worcester, MA and Shaun M. (Jill) Keyes-McClements and a grandson Michael Keyes-McClements of Tempe, AZ. A brother Thomas (Donna) McClements of Ashland, MA. He is also survived by five nephews Allen F. McClements Jr of Mount Morris, NY, Robert McClements of Mount Morris, NY, Thomas (Bonnie) McClements of Framingham, MA, Michael McClements of Ashland, William McClements of the District of Columbia and three nieces Christine (Ronald) Perham of Nunda, NY, Alicia (Chris) Ebersole of Nunda, NY, Kasey (Chris) Oestreicher of Northborough, MA. James is predeceased by his two brothers Robert W. McClements and Allen F. McClements Sr.

James will always be remembered for his many years of dedicated service at Continental Bakery "Wonderbread" in Natick. Upon retiring he continued to work part time at his brother's family business Tom's Auto Body Inc. in Ashland. James could either be found at his favorite local restaurant Tj's Spirits or playing cards at the VFW in Ashland. He will be remembered as kind hearted and always willing to help. This included walking the family dogs or assisting with a ride. James will always be remembered for his stories, love of Keno, and scratch tickets.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, February 15th, from 4-7pm at Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main Street Ashland, MA. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 16th at 10:00am in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home with a burial to follow in Wildwood Cemetery in Ashland.
