James Frederick Leverone Jr, 35, of Ashland passed away Wed. Oct. 25th.  He was the son of Deanna Rivernider of Medway and James Leverone Sr of Marlborough.

A graduate of Ashland High School, he obtained his teaching certificate from Mass Bay Comm. College. James was employed as a Warehouse Associate at Diamond Diagnostics in Holliston.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his maternal grandfather Edward Rivernider of Ashland, step -father, Richard Dowall of Medway, brother Andrew Leverone and his wife Caroline of Sudbury, and his niece Zoe Joyce Leverone. He was the nephew of Elizabeth Wilensky and her husband Craig of Montclair , NJ, Cynthia Rivernider of New York, NY, and Michelle Cieri and her husband John of Sandwich, MA, and cousins with Aleksa Cieri, Scott Cieri, Sarah Wilensky and Isabel Wilensky.  He also leaves his beloved cats, Leia and Kylo.

A funeral service will be held Sunday Nov. 5th at 6:00 PM in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. Ashland, MA.  Visiting hours will be held Sunday from 3:00-5:30 PM prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Wayside Youth & Family Support Network
