James Michael Collins, 70, of Ashland passed away Sat. April 28th after a brief illness. He was the husband of Nancy (Moore) Collins for 14 years. Mr. Collins worked as a train conductor for CSX for many years before retiring. He was a member of the Framingham Elks and VFW Post 2331 in Ashland. James served his country honorably with Army during the Vietnam War.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Lynne Wyckoff and her husband David of Leominster, Michelle Hills of Groton, and Lisa Collins of Medford, three grandchildren, Lillian and Brandon Wyckoff, and Cali Hills, one sister, Joanne Longo of Sudbury, and two brothers, Edward Collins of Tewksbury, and Brian Collins of Milford, NH.
