Howard Ellis Bigelow, 66, of Bellingham, passed away, Saturday, Nov. 29th after a long battle with cancer. He was the son of the late Alton and Dorothy (Bergin) Bigelow, and the husband of Geraldine (Kinney) Bigelow. They were married 47 years. A resident of Bellingham for 43 years, he worked as a manager for Miller Golf Co. in Rockland, MA for over 40 years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children; Christian Bigelow of Montgomery, MA; and Beth Bigelow of Bellingham, MA; three grandchildren; Dakota Bigelow, Krista Humphrey, and Sarah Bigelow; one brother, Alton Bigelow of NH; and two sisters; Alice Gallimore of CT, and Karen Jean of ME. A funeral service will be held Saturday, December 6th at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland with burial to follow in Wildwood Cemetery in Ashland.
