Helen A. Errico, 97, of Ashland, formerly of Framingham, passed away on Friday, May 1st. Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Levandosky and wife to the late Dominic Errico, who died in 1990. She attended Framingham High School and after graduation remained in Framingham, living on Waverly Street with her husband and family until moving to Sherborn in 1955. For the past 8 years she has resided in Ashland, with her daughter. As a homemaker, her home was her domain, raising her children, sewing, cooking, mowing the lawn, she had an untiring devotion and energy to her home and family. She will be remembered for her cooking and the delicious smells that emanated from her kitchen. She has passed on many of her recipes and cooking skills to her grandchildren. She had great memories of her childhood, and trips with her husband, but her favorite times were enjoying the family gatherings at her home. She leaves her daughters; Carolyn Kane, Marie Ward , Patricia Patterson, a son , Dominic and was the beloved mother in law of the late Warren Kane, as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 8th at 11AM in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main Street in Ashland.
