Gustave L Nichols Sr., 93, of Framingham, passed away, Thursday, March 8, 2012. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Theodore and Lillian (Howard) Nichols and father to Gustave, Jr., William "Teddy", Doreen, and step-son, Keith. Gustave grew up in Boston, Massachusetts before moving to Ashland to be closer to his employer, General Motors from where he retired as an Assembly Line Supervisor. He loved spending time with friends, family, and traveling the world. He is predeceased by his sister Bedelia Henderson, and survived by his sister, Indiana Little, brother-in-law, John Henderson, grandchildren Dustin Holstein and Leticia Anne "LA" Nichols, a niece and nephew, four great nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 13th at 7:00 PM in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland. Calling hours will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM prior to the service. .
