Gilda Mary Sonsini, 86, of Framingham passed away Sunday Jan. 24, 2016. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of Mario and Mary (Spezzano) Bellino and wife of the late Anthony Sonsini who died in 2002. Gilda was a resident of Framingham since 1959, worked as a seamstress and homemaker, and would later work as a clerk at Lane Bryant Clothing in Framingham for over 30 years.

Mrs. Sonsini is survived by two daughters; Melanie Sonsini-Goodrich and her husband John of Fitzwilliam, NH; and Joanna Sonsini-Dineen and her husband John of Ashland, MA; and four grandchildren; Deryk Goodrich of Wakefield, MA; Bethany Goodrich of Sitka, AK; and Julia and Rosalie Dineen, both of Ashland, MA.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday Jan. 29th at 10:00am in St. Matthew's Church, 105 Southville Rd. in Southboro with burial to follow in Holyhood Cemetery in Chestnut Hill. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 5:00-7:00 PM in the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland.
