Frances L. (Wheeler) Dinn, 99, of Framingham, passed away, March 29th, at the Oak Knoll Healthcare Center in Framingham. Born in England; she was the wife of the late Ronald Dinn. Mrs. Dinn will be lovingly remembered by the Newman family, the Luddington family and the Baker family.
