Faustino "Tino" Piccioli, 84, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2011. Born in Framingham, one of eight children, Tino was the son of the late Alessandro and Italia (Gregorini) Piccioli. He was the loving husband of Madeline (Eno) Piccioli for 59 years, residing in Ashland since 1953. Tino worked for over 15 years as a truck driver and shipper for E. Garbarino & Co. and as a shipper for Black Diamond Saw & Machine Works. He then worked for 20 years as a bookkeeper for Farmers Exchange in Framingham and retired from the US Army Natick Research and Development Center in the Finance and Accounting Department. He was an active member of the Natick Sons of Italy Francesco DeSanctis Lodge #1411 since 1994, serving for many years as Treasurer of the Board of Directors and as an Executive Officer in the position of Guard. In appreciation of his dedication and commitment to the lodge, he received the Man of the Year Award in 2000 and 2010. An avid reader, Tino enjoyed many hobbies including his love of gardening, bowling, bocce and was a loyal Yankees fan! He was a generous and considerate man greatly devoted to his family and to his faith. His warm smile and gentle disposition endeared him to all. In addition to his wife, he is survived by four children and seven grandchildren: Alexander Piccioli and his wife Susan of Hopkinton, and their children Christopher, Lindsay, and Amanda; Theresa DeHart and her husband Steven of Cincinnatus, NY and their children Jonathan and Michael; Diane Piccioli of Natick; and Louis Piccioli and his wife Ellen of Stow, and their children Nicholas and Katherine. He leaves one sister, Tosca Lauze of Framingham, two brothers, Alfred Piccioli of Needham and Robert Piccioli of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters, Gina Mori, Enes Rossini, Rena Delarda, and Lena Guarino. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, May 23rd at 9 AM at St. Cecilia's Church, 54 Esty St, Ashland with burial to follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Natick.
