Eva Mary (Cerutti) Ferdenzi, 92, of Ashland died Tuesday, June 9 at Sudbury Pines Extended Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Adalgisa Cerutti and the wife of the late Emilio P. Ferdenzi. She was born on June 23, 1916 in Westborough, MA. A long time resident of Ashland, and a graduate of Ashland High School, she was a former employee of Telechron, Fenwal, and the Sharon Bolt and Screw Co. She is survived by her daughter, Nadine Ferdenzi, of Ashland, and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late John, Romeo, Francis, and Joseph Cerutti and Eda Sullivan, Ines Cerutti, and Mary DiBuono. A funeral Mass will be said on Saturday morning at 9:00am in St. Cecilia's Church, Esty St., Ashland with interment to follow in Wildwood Cemetery, Ashland. Calling hours will be held from the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St., Ashland on Friday evening from 5-7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ashland Public Library, 66 Front Street, Ashland, MA 01721 or the Sudbury Pines Activities Fund.
